Drop-off point in the US
Senders bring their parcels to you. You record them as received in the ColisBF app, then group them into shipping boxes.
Pickup point in Burkina Faso
You receive arriving boxes, identify the parcels inside them, and hand each one to its recipient once the pickup code checks out.
Everything runs in the app
You work with an agent account: parcel search, reception, boxing, arrival, handover and payment. No paper ledger.

What does a ColisBF partner actually do?
In the United States, a partner receives the parcels senders drop off, records them in the system and groups them into shipping boxes. In Burkina Faso, a partner receives arriving boxes and hands each parcel to its recipient once the pickup code has been verified.
Is any special equipment needed?
A phone with the ColisBF app is enough for every operation. A thermal label printer is useful at a drop-off point, but is not required to get started.
What happens after I send the form?
Your enquiry goes straight to our team's mailbox. We reply to the address you gave us to talk about your store, where it is, and the next steps.
Is my information stored?
Your enquiry is sent to us by email and is not recorded in the ColisBF app. See our privacy policy.
